Primagruppen is a non-profit organization working with rehabilitation for individuals with substance abuse issues, mental health challenges, and social vulnerability. Our work is based on the belief that people can change their lives when met with respect, clarity, and professional support.
We are now looking for dedicated housing support workers who want to be an important part of our team at Krinolinen, one of Stockholm's largest supported housing facilities.
About Krinolinen
Krinolinen is a sober and drug-free supported housing facility with space for approximately 64 women, men, and couples.
We offer residents a safe environment where structure, community, and participation are a natural part of daily life. Through housing, activities, and individual support, we work together to create conditions for an independent and sustainable life.
No two days are alike – and that is exactly what makes the work both developing and meaningful.
About the Role
As a housing support worker, you work closely with the residents and are a key figure in their daily lives.
You motivate, guide, and support people in their rehabilitation process while contributing to a safe and structured housing environment.
The role involves close collaboration with colleagues, social services, healthcare, and other partners.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide individual support based on implementation plans.
- Motivate and guide residents in their rehabilitation.
- Support residents in daily structure, activities of daily living (ADL), and social training.
- Document according to the Social Services Act and organizational routines.
- Participate in planning, follow-up, and quality work.
- Collaborate with social services, healthcare, and other authorities.
- Contribute to a safe, secure, and drug-free housing environment.

Qualifications
Requirements
- Post-secondary education with a social focus, for example:
- Treatment Pedagog,
- Social Pedagog,
- Treatment Assistant,
- Assistant Nurse with a focus on psychiatry/substance abuse,
- or other education deemed equivalent by the employer.
- Documented experience working in supported housing, residential care (HVB), addiction care, social psychiatry, or other equivalent operations.
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Good computer skills.
- A valid driver's license (Category B) is an advantage.
Advantageous Qualifications
It is particularly advantageous if you have experience with:
- substance abuse issues and co-occurring disorders,
- mental health challenges,
- Motivational Interviewing (MI),
- Relapse Prevention,
- CRA/A-CRA,
- low-affective approach,
- social documentation,
- working according to implementation plans.
