Preschool Flying Carpet is an independent organization with significant multicultural representation and intercultural work. We have three preschools: two in Haninge (in Brandbergen and Jordbro) and one in Skogås, Huddinge. We are looking for a preschool teacher/childcare worker for one of our preschools in Haninge or Huddinge Municipality.

We are looking for an engaged and experienced preschool teacher/childcare worker with special competence in pedagogical environment development adapted for younger age groups. The role involves actively contributing to creating inspiring, developmental, and secure learning environments for the children, in line with the preschool's pedagogical guidelines. We also value the importance of value-based work in the children's development.

It is a requirement that you highly value outdoor activities, as we are outdoors daily, rain or shine, with the mindset that learning takes place just as much indoors as outdoors.

We value the development of our staff just as highly as the children's development. We work with both the pedagogues' work processes and the children's learning processes, and we encourage and support pedagogues in their own development. We seek inspiration and innovation.

Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, evaluating, and developing the children's education based on Lpfö 18. You have good knowledge of implementing the curriculum, working with systematic quality work, and other governing documents in the operation.

We are looking for someone who enjoys collaborating with others, is not afraid to lead and take responsibility, and sees communication and interaction as an important part of achieving a good work climate at the workplace. You have good writing skills, social competence, and a professional attitude towards children, guardians, and colleagues. You are an active and present pedagogue with the children.

You are driven, proactive, responsible, have leadership qualities, are playful, and willing to collaborate. You are inspired by the children's questions, curiosity, and creativity. You see play, the pedagogical environment, and learning as important parts of education and teaching.

Since you work closely with colleagues at the unit, it is important that you have the ability to work together with others to perform tasks and achieve goals. You show respect and consideration for those you meet in your professional role. You proceed from the equal value of all people and create a good atmosphere in interactions.

We are looking for preschool teachers/childcare workers for our preschool unit in Huddinge and Haninge, starting August 10th.

The position is a long-term substitute role (6–12 months) with an employment level of approximately 75%, depending on the specific position and scope. The employment is paid with a monthly salary according to agreement.

We are also looking for you who are trained as a preschool teacher/childcare worker with at least 3 years of work experience.
