Slottsparksskolan is a preschool to grade 3 (F-3) school in Täby with 225 students. The school is part of the principal's area of Näsbyparksskolan. At Slottsparksskolan, student learning and development are at the forefront. We offer students an active and meaningful after-school experience, evidenced by the fact that all students at the school are enrolled in the after-school program.

At the start of the school year, we are now seeking two positive staff members who wish to help develop our excellent after-school activities. Both positions are one-year temporary contracts, but there may be opportunities for extension.

You will collaborate with teachers and other after-school staff within a class during school hours. During after-school hours, you will primarily collaborate with after-school staff in your grade level, but also with the entire after-school center (F-3). We offer you both individual planning time and collaborative planning in work teams.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a childcare worker or a teacher specialized in after-school programs.
• Has experience working in an after-school setting.
• Is well-versed in the curriculum documents and can translate these into meaningful learning for the students.
• Actively works for a school where everyone is included in the activities.
• Is a good leader with clarity in communication, goals, and results.
• Collaborates well and has a friendly approach towards colleagues, students, and guardians.

The job requires both creativity and structure, and we are looking for you who can drive projects, both individually and in groups.
