Fredrika Bremergymnasiet is looking for an engaged student support resource to assist a student with a visual impairment. We are looking for someone who is flexible, stable, and independent, and who thrives in collaboration with others. Together, you will build and strengthen relationships that create a safe and inspiring school environment.

Your assignment

• Provide individual support for the specific student
• Work together with educators to adapt learning according to the student's unique strengths
• Support the student's social and emotional development through active listening and presence

You should be self-reliant and able to take responsibility for your tasks, while also possessing good personal maturity that contributes to a safe and positive environment for the student. Your approach should be characterized by social competence and pedagogical ability, enabling you to create meaningful learning for the student. We value a structured working method, where you also have a strong operational focus to provide the student with the best possible support in their learning.
