The Assignment

Do you want to make a difference every day? As a childcare assistant (barnskötare) with us, you play a vital role in creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for our students. The assignment is directed towards the after-school center (fritidshem) and involves afternoon work. The position is 50%. You will participate with colleagues in planning educational activities and carry out meaningful activities alone and together with other after-school staff that promote students' creativity, movement, community, and desire to learn. After the school day ends, you will welcome the students together with your colleagues when they arrive at the after-school center. You need to work with great warmth, professionalism, and commitment to each student.

Every day, all educators at the after-school center have preparation time to prepare and review the day together.

What You Need to Bring

Merits:

• Trained childcare assistant (barnskötare)
• Experience in similar assignments at an F-6 school (grades 1-6)
• Further education in NPF (Neuropsychiatric Function Impairments)

Employment Type, Scope, and Start Date

• Employment Type: Fixed-term employment until June 2027
• Scope: Part-time 50%, working hours Monday-Friday 13:00-17:00
• Start Date: 2026-08-10 or as agreed

For this role, the starting salary is normally between 27,000–29,000 SEK depending on experience and competence.

In the case of permanent employment, a probationary period may apply.
