Your Assignment

In the role of teacher, you teach students in Grade 4. You work as a subject teacher in three parallel classes. You are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating teaching in your subjects according to the curriculum. You adapt the teaching based on the students' needs, interests, and prerequisites. You monitor, assess, and document students' knowledge development. The assignment includes mentorship for a Grade 4 class. To create good conditions for the students, you work in close collaboration with other teachers, school leadership, and the student health team.

The role involves close collegial collaboration in the grade team to create safety, structure, and good conditions for students' learning and goal achievement. You collaborate on students, planning, assessment, pedagogical development work, and systematic quality work.

Your Experience

For this position, you are required to have:

• Teacher certification with subject eligibility for Grades 4-6
• Knowledge of and/or experience working with students in need of extra adjustments and special support
• Good digital competence with experience in working with digital pedagogical tools
• Good ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

It is meritorious if you also have:

• Subject eligibility for Grades 4-6 in Swedish, Social Studies (SO), and/or Natural Sciences (NO)
• Experience working as a teacher in primary school
• Experience teaching Swedish, Social Studies (SO), and/or Natural Sciences (NO) to students in the middle school level
• Experience in mentorship.
