With Pamoja, you work both freely and securely. This role is perfect for you if you’re looking for a flexible side job. You can adjust your schedule anytime until 11:59 PM the day before your shift.

How it works

You’ll often be called on short notice (same morning). You decide how much and how often you want to work – it’s completely up to you. The specific tasks will be agreed upon when you’re hired, and you’ll always be personally matched to assignments based on your preferences and qualifications.

Manage everything easily through our smart app. Plus, you’ll always have a dedicated support contact who assists you before, during, and after each shift. You work securely under a collective agreement and receive thorough onboarding before starting.

What do you need?

• You have a high school diploma or childcare certification.
• Experience working with children/students with neuropsychiatric conditions (NPF) is preferred but not required.
• You take initiative, are responsible, and enjoy collaborating with others.
• You have full freedom to adjust your calendar, but you’re expected to honor the shifts you confirm.
• You can work at least 2 days a week (students need to be available for at least 1 day/week).
• You want to be a positive role model for everyone you work with.
