With Pamoja, you work both freely and securely. This role is perfect for anyone looking for a flexible side job. You can adjust your schedule right up until 23:59 the day before your shift.

How it works

You’ll often be working on short notice (same-day shifts). You have full control over how much, how often, and when you work. The specific tasks you’ll be assigned will be discussed during onboarding. After that, you’ll be personally matched to assignments based on your preferences and skills.

You manage everything easily through our smart app. Plus, you’ll always have a dedicated support contact who assists you before, during, and after your shifts. You work securely under a collective agreement and receive a thorough introduction before starting.

What do we need from you?

• You have prior work experience (example). You’re ready to take responsibility, show initiative, and collaborate with others.
• You have a completed upper secondary education (high school diploma).
• You have full freedom to adjust your schedule, but you must commit to the shifts you book.
• You can work at least 2 days per week (Are you a student? Then at least 1 day/week is sufficient).
• You want to be a positive role model for everyone you meet in your role!
