Driving Instructor Wanted at Körkort 247 AB – NPF & Structure Focus

We are looking for an engaged and qualified driving instructor with a genuine passion for helping others.
At Körkort 247 AB, you will work closely with your students, many of whom have neurodevelopmental conditions (NPF). Together, you will guide them through their driving license process in a safe and calm manner.
About Körkort 247 AB:
We are a driving school that places extra emphasis on respectful interaction, safety, and structure. We train students for the Category B driving license using automatic vehicles, with a special focus on learners with neurodevelopmental conditions. Above all, we ensure every student feels seen, understood, and supported by a tailored learning approach.
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a valid driving instructor license and is approved by the Swedish Transport Agency (Transportstyrelsen).
- Is patient, empathetic, clear in communication, and maintains a calm demeanor.
- Has an interest in or experience working with individuals with neurodevelopmental conditions.
- Fluently speaks and writes Swedish.
The following qualifications are a plus:
- Training or personal/professional experience related to neurodevelopmental conditions.
- Thrives in structured environments with routines that create a sense of security for the student.
