With Pamoja, you work both freely and securely. This role is perfect for those looking for a flexible side job. You can adjust your schedule right up until 11:59 PM the day before your shift.

How it works

You often work on short notice (same morning). You decide how much and how often you work. The specific tasks you'll handle are agreed upon during onboarding, and you are always personally matched to assignments based on your preferences and skills.

Everything is managed easily through our smart app. Plus, you always have a dedicated support contact who assists you before, during, and after each shift. You work securely under a collective agreement and receive thorough onboarding before you start.

What do we need from you?

• You hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in teaching, lecturing, or working with children and youth in preschools, schools, or other educational settings.
• You take responsibility, show initiative, and enjoy collaborating with others.
• You have full control over your schedule, but you are reliable and commit to the shifts you book.
• You can work at least 2 days a week (students need to be available for at least 1 day per week).
• You want to be a positive role model for everyone you interact with in your role.
