With Pamoja, you work both freely and securely. This job is perfect for you if you're looking for a flexible side gig. You can adjust your schedule right up until 23:59 the day before your shift.

How it works

You often work on short notice (same morning). You can work as much or as little, as often or as rarely as you like. The specific tasks you'll be assigned will be agreed upon during onboarding. You are always personally matched to assignments based on your preferences and skills.

You manage everything easily through our smart app. Plus, you always have a dedicated contact with our support team who assists you before, during, and after your shifts. You work securely under a collective agreement. Of course, you'll receive a thorough introduction before you start.

What do you need?

• You have prior work experience. You're ready to take responsibility and initiative, and enjoy collaborating with others.
• You have completed upper secondary education (high school diploma).
• You have great freedom to adjust your schedule, but you must honor the shifts you book.
• You can work at least 2 days a week (are you a student? Then at least 1 day/week is enough).
• You want to be a positive role model for everyone you meet in your work!
