With Pamoja, you work both freely and securely. This role is perfect for those seeking a part-time job with maximum flexibility. You can adjust your schedule right up until 23:59 the day before your shift.

We are now looking for someone who wants to work in after-school care for children from preschool class to grade 6. Your day often starts in the classroom, where you support teachers. In the afternoon, the focus shifts to after-school activities emphasizing social interaction through play, physical activity, and creative projects.

Pamoja is Sweden's largest provider of school substitutes. We have agreements with numerous schools and offer a wide range of exciting assignments.

How the job works

You often work on short notice (same morning). You can choose to work as much or as little, as often or as rarely as you like. The specific tasks will be agreed upon during your onboarding. From there, you are always personally matched to assignments based on your preferences and qualifications.

Manage your job easily through our smart app. You also have direct access to our support team who assists you before, during, and after your shifts. Work with confidence under a collective agreement, and receive a thorough introduction before you start.

What do you need?

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children and youth in preschools, schools, or other educational settings. You are responsible, proactive, and enjoy collaborating with others.
• You have great freedom to adjust your schedule, but you must be reliable and commit to the shifts you book.
• You can work at least 2 days per week (students can work at least 1 day per week).
• You are eager to be a positive role model for everyone you meet in this role.
