With Pamoja, you work both freely and securely. This part-time role is perfect for you if you're looking for a flexible side job. You can adjust your schedule right up until 23:59 the day before your shift.

How it works

You often start on short notice (same morning). You can work as much or as little as you like, frequently or rarely. The specific tasks you'll be assigned will be agreed upon when you're hired. After that, you'll always be personally matched to assignments based on your preferences and qualifications.

Manage your work easily through our smart app. Plus, you'll always have a dedicated contact in our support team ready to assist you whenever needed – before, during, and after your shifts. You work securely under a collective agreement. Naturally, you'll receive a thorough introduction before starting.

What do you need?

• You have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Experience in teaching or lecturing, or other experience working with children and youth in preschools, schools, or other educational settings.
• You are ready to take responsibility and initiative, and enjoy collaborating with others.
• You have great freedom to change your schedule, but you must be reliable and commit to the shifts you book.
• You can work at least 2 days a week (if you're a student, at least 1 day per week is sufficient).
• You want to be a positive role model for everyone you meet in this role!
