We are searching for someone who can transform raw materials into pride, courage, and self-confidence. We need a crafts expert who teaches practical craftsmanship, patience, safety, and design in a way that leaves students feeling proud and eager to learn more. You understand the importance of hands-on work in today's digital world, and you have enough knowledge and experience to know what truly matters moving forward. Most importantly, you love teaching!

How the job works

You often work on short notice (same-day shifts). You can choose to work as much or as little, as often or as rarely as you like. The specific tasks you'll be working on will be agreed upon during your onboarding. You will always be personally matched to assignments based on your preferences and expertise.

Manage your work effortlessly through our smart app. Plus, you'll always have a dedicated contact with our support team who backs you up when needed – before, during, and after your shifts. Work securely under a collective agreement, and enjoy a thorough introduction before you start.

What do you need?

• You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• You have experience in teaching or lecturing, or other experience working with children and youth in preschools, schools, or other educational settings.
• You possess relevant subject-matter knowledge for the area you will be teaching.
• You are ready to take responsibility, show initiative, and collaborate effectively with others.
• You have great freedom to adjust your calendar, but must be reliable and honor your booked shifts.
• You can commit to working at least 2 days per week (if you're a student, 1 day per week is sufficient).
• You want to be a positive role model for everyone you work with!
