We currently have a position where we are looking for competent male companions/caregivers for a case in Vällingby.

About the case:

The assignment involves an 11-year-old boy diagnosed with autism and ADHD. It is important that you, as a companion, have knowledge and prior experience with these diagnoses, as well as experience handling young people who may struggle with changes or unexpected situations that could lead to outbursts. You will be responsible for continuous supervision and oversight during the accompaniment.

Responsibilities:

As a companion with us, you will provide care and social support based on the client's individual needs and preferences. Together with the rest of the team, you will work to make the client's daily life meaningful and engaging. You will accompany the client to various activities outside the home to relieve the parents. The schedule varies, but the role often includes weekends.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who has previously worked with children and young people, as well as experience with disabilities. You have a positive attitude, a flexible and creative mindset, and the ability to see opportunities in different situations. Contributing to a positive work environment is second nature to you. Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is required.
