About the role

Your main tasks will involve providing practical and pedagogical support, primarily given in the individual's home. The support provided is based on the individual's implementation plan, which is created together with the individual. We work under a public authority mandate with set goals to strive towards. The implementation plans are based on Individual Needs in Focus (IBIC), and we work in the business system Pulsen Combine. You will work pedagogically and individually adapted by coaching, supporting, and motivating the individual based on the goals in the implementation plan.

Requirements

We require you to have healthcare and care education, preferably with a focus on psychiatry, or other education that the employer considers equivalent.

Merits

• Experience within psychiatric operations
• Knowledge and experience of low-affective handling, MI (Motivational Interviewing), or other pedagogical methods.
• Previous experience of working structured according to clear routines, implementation plans, risk assessments, and action plans.

Scope

The position is a full-time temporary assignment until 2026-12-31. Start date as soon as possible/agreed upon.
