About the position

Personal assistance is a support measure under the LSS Act (Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). In your role as a personal assistant, you will primarily help the client with everything that arises in daily life as well as with basic needs. Your work involves safeguarding the client's self-determination and integrity, and contributing to a smooth daily routine. Each assistance assignment is uniquely adapted to the client's life, and therefore tasks may vary depending on the workplace. Our client is a five-year-old boy living in Liljeholmen.

The role of personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. We are therefore looking for you who are sensitive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done. To thrive as a personal assistant, it is important that there is good personal chemistry between you as the assistant and the client.

Requirements for the position:

• Previous experience working with children
• Good knowledge of Portuguese
• Good knowledge of Swedish

Merits for the position:

• Experience with PEG (Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy)

Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, degree of employment, and salary

The current form of employment is "for as long as the assistance assignment lasts" with an employment degree of approximately 41%. Working hours are scheduled during the day and evening.

Working hours:

16:00–20:00 on weekdays (approx. 4 shifts)

11:00–15:00 every other weekend.

Fixed hourly wage by agreement and other benefits according to collective agreement.

Start date: 16/6-26.
