Montessoriskolan Växthuset is a small unit located in a quiet area in Jakobsberg, with easy access to good transportation links.

The activity started in 2002 and has since expanded with two preschools. Today, we are a unit with 120 students in grades F-6 and approximately 20 employees. The preschool has approximately 90 children and 20 employees.

We prioritize high staff density and small student groups, which provides good conditions. We offer work in a pleasant team that puts the student first, has great commitment, and creative thinking. We work for a family atmosphere and great opportunities to influence the operations. Växthuset is a small unit where we cooperate and support each other.

You should be a person who enjoys collaborating, is flexible, and is used to helping out where needed. You can put a clear structure on the teaching and ensure all students' specific needs are met.

You are interested in and contribute to collegial learning at several levels, from the organizational level to the student level.

Together with your teaching colleague, you will be responsible for students in preschool class. After-school staff and special educators are also part of the work team.

You conduct teaching according to current regulatory documents and are accustomed to following the students' knowledge development.

The position is a vacation position and also includes teaching in the after-school center.

You have experience working according to Montessori pedagogy or show interest in learning more about attitudes, working methods, and are willing to put them into practice.
