Do you want to take on a key role in a large, business-critical delivery project where your experience truly makes a difference? We are now looking for an experienced Training Manager who wants to drive and develop training deliveries in a complex and high-tech environment.

This assignment is for you if you thrive at the intersection of strategy, structure, and operational delivery – and have the ability to create order, quality, and momentum in extensive projects.

About the role

As a Training Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the training area within a larger delivery project. You will become a central point of contact between the customer, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring that training deliveries are planned, executed, and quality-assured according to set goals.

You will work in a dynamic environment where structure, communication, and proactive leadership are crucial for success.

Your main responsibilities

You will, among other things:

  • Drive and structure requirements management within the training area
  • Be responsible for steering and monitoring subcontractors
  • Serve as a central contact point in customer dialogue
  • Ensure progress through planning and monitoring of schedules
  • Conduct review and quality assurance of deliveries
  • Actively work with risk identification and risk management

We are looking for you who

Are a confident and independent consultant with the ability to navigate complex project environments.

Minimum requirements (must be met):

3–7 years of experience in a relevant area with deep competence, or 8–12 years of experience with very deep specialist or broad generalist competence.

Educational background

We expect you to have a relevant academic education, such as:

  • Civil Engineer or University Engineer degree
  • University education in pedagogy, educational leadership, or equivalent

It is meritorious with complementary education or certifications in areas such as:

  • Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
  • Learning & Development / Training Management
  • Leadership and Change Management

Meritorious experience:

  • Previous work as a Training Manager or similar role
  • Experience from large delivery or development projects
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and external suppliers
  • Strong ability to combine operational work with strategic thinking
  • Good communication skills and business acumen
