We are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant for approximately 50–60% for a woman in her 30s in Angered. The client is the leader for you as an assistant. She also has a small child. The client requests female assistants for this position.

The duties are as follows:

  • Support with daily routines and household chores
  • Assist with personal hygiene, dressing/undressing, and meals
  • Support with transfers and mobility
  • Practical support in daily activities
  • Help with the physical aspects of caring for the child

The working hours may look like this:

  • 08:00–14:00
  • 14:00–22:00

Working hours may vary during the day and evening. This applies primarily to weekdays, but weekends may occur in the future. As an assistant, you should be flexible with varying working hours.

About you:

We believe that you who apply for this position are a person who enjoys working with people and who can see the needs of others.

As a person, you are calm, patient, and punctual. You have experience with small children, as well as some form of care or assistant experience. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, to document correctly.

You are also receptive, solution-focused, and have a spark in your eye. You can take initiative but can also take a more waiting role.

Requirements:

  • Professional experience in care and social services or as a personal assistant
  • Experience with children
  • Physically strong, as manual transfers occur

Meritorious: Driver's license and access to a car.

Scope: 1 position, approx. 50–60%

Start date: Immediately

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with collective agreements.

Things to consider before applying:

A prerequisite for starting employment at Olivia is that you, as an applicant, can present a valid ID and submit a background check (personbevis) as well as any documents proving the right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the background check from the Swedish Tax Agency's website.

Due to the fact that the position may involve solo work, night work, and tasks that according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3) cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply meaning that the register control will include both extracts from the criminal record and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Swedish Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing time may vary, so ordering should be done in good time.
