We are now looking for personal assistants for a customer living in Åmål

We are looking for you who are a responsible and secure person who wants to work as a personal assistant for a man in his 40s with an acquired spinal cord injury. As a personal assistant, you support basic needs, provide assistance with activities, offer practical help, and assist with daily chores at home.

Job Responsibilities

Your workplace is wherever the customer is. Your responsibilities generally involve assisting our customer so that he has the best possible conditions to live a good life. You help with daily life in the customer's home, provide practical assistance, fulfill all care needs, and we consider it important that you are flexible and engaged.

We are looking for you who:

Wants to work during weeks 29 and 30 with working hours 21:00–12:00 (the shift is 15 hours long and includes 7.43 hours of waiting time/on-call duty). We would prefer that you can be trained immediately and act as an extra substitute for the work group right away. Gender does not matter, but previous experience in personal assistance is advantageous. The most important thing is that there is good chemistry between you and the customer. Since the customer has furry animals, it is important that you are not allergic to them.

About the Employment

The form of employment is hourly paid. Salary and other terms of employment are according to the collective agreement for Personal Assistance, Vårdföretagarna – Kommunal.
