About the Role
Our client is one of Sweden's most well-known e-commerce companies in the grocery sector, featuring a modern and high-tech facility in Jordbro, south of Stockholm. They are now looking for an Office Manager who wants to be the hub of operations – the person who holds the office together, solves problems before they arise, and ensures daily operations run smoothly for everyone.
This is a broad and varied role where you act as a generalist. No two days are alike, and you thrive on that – you enjoy variety, take initiative, and always find a solution.
Responsibilities
- Receive visitors and manage the reception in a professional and welcoming manner
- Coordinate and administer office functions and internal processes
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and mail
- Plan and book meetings, conferences, and events
- Support various departments with administrative tasks
- Maintain order in the office and ensure everything functions correctly
- Solve practical problems and think outside the box when needed
Conditions
- Employment type: Temporary assignment via Simplex Bemanning
- Location: Jordbro, Stockholm
- Working hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00
- Salary: According to agreement
- Start date: Immediately, subject to notice period

Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Office Manager, receptionist, or similar role
- Experience working in a fast-growing business environment
