Childcare Workers for Askens Preschool, Vessigebro

The Falkenberg Montessori Preschools Foundation operates four preschools in Falkenberg – Skogstorp, Skrea, Centrum, and Vessigebro. Every day, we strive to meet children based on their interests and needs, with the goal that their time with us is both safe and educational. Our preschools are run non-profit by parents with children in the activities, creating a strong sense of community and involvement.

We are now looking for two dedicated childcare workers for our activities at Askens Preschool in Vessigebro.

About the positions:

• One position is permanent, the other is a temporary assignment with a likely extension and the possibility of permanent employment.
• The positions offer you the chance to develop as an educator and contribute to children's learning in an environment that values curiosity, independence, and the joy of discovering together.

We are looking for you who:

• Are a qualified childcare worker (note! only applicants with a childcare education will be processed and receive feedback)
• Preferably have Montessori education or experience, or a strong interest and curiosity to learn.
• Are responsible, stress-tolerant, calm, and flexible
• Have good collaborative skills and a genuine commitment to children's development
• Are well-versed in the preschool curriculum and engaged in documenting children's learning
• See the competent child and have a positive view of their ability to discover and learn
