We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
Who You Are
To thrive and succeed in this role, I believe you have the following qualities:
- Collaboration skills: You enjoy working together with others, share your knowledge, and contribute to a good work environment – so that we can together provide the best possible support.
- Stability: You are secure in yourself and remain calm even in challenging situations. This creates security for both colleagues and residents.

- Structured: You plan and organize your work efficiently, follow up and adjust as needed to ensure quality in the interventions.
- Initiative: You see what needs to be done, take your own initiatives, and act proactively – while checking in when it affects others.
