NyKraft is a privately owned company within LSS that provides personal assistance in Halland. The company was established in 2012 with an office in Falkenberg. NyKraft values safety and personal interaction, which is why most of our customers and employees are located in Falkenberg.

The goal is to offer a more personalized personal assistance. As a customer of NyKraft, you are offered an individual assistance that is tailored to your needs together with the customer. The customer is involved in the recruitment and in the final choice of assistants.

We are affiliated with Fremia and have a collective agreement.

We are now looking for a personal assistant for a 10-year-old boy outside Ullared.

Working hours: 08:00-18:00 on Saturdays and Sundays as well as public holidays. For those interested, there is also the opportunity to work during school breaks and the summer when the boy is off from school.

Employment rate: According to agreement/Extra as needed

Start: Immediately

As an assistant, you will help the customer with all daily tasks, assist with hygiene and care. You need to be calm, flexible, positive, and able to adapt to another person's needs.

We are looking for someone with experience working with children, especially if you have experience with children with special needs. It is important to be alert, physically active, and to have a childlike spirit, enjoying a fast-paced and playful environment.

The customer is an active 10-year-old who enjoys being outdoors. He has very limited communication but uses certain signs that one learns to understand with personal knowledge. He lives at home, and you will work independently in the family's home or be out on excursions.

There is a large dog and horses on the property, so it is important not to be afraid, and it is a clear advantage if you have experience with horses/riding as our customer has a pony that he enjoys riding.

Requirements:

• Calm and clear in your approach and communication
• Very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing as it involves receiving and giving instructions about the customer's care
• Driver's license (B)
• Experience with children

Meritorious:

• Experience as a personal assistant
• Experience working with children
• Experience in caring for children
• Familiarity with communicating using signs

Language requirement:
Swedish (Fluent)
