You will work on weekday evenings and every other weekend. There is an opportunity to work 20% or 39% on a scheduled basis.

The job involves being a support in both daily life and leisure time. He is an active boy, but he also needs calm and rest. Your tasks will include:

• Providing support with hygiene, dressing, and meals

• Assisting with leisure activities

• Motivating and creating a meaningful daily life

You will have the opportunity to help plan his leisure time. Perhaps you can bring your own interests in sports, music, or other activities as inspiration for joint activities.

We are looking for someone who is engaged, respectful, and attentive. We prefer that you have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally.

We would like you to be/have:

• calm, secure, and responsible.

• physically strong and personally mature.

• interested in motivating and coming up with activities.

• willing to work with low-arousal approaches (you will receive support to learn this).

• very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

• Driving license B

Previous experience in personal assistance, autism, or epilepsy is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Employment form: As long as the assistance assignment lasts

Scope: Part-time, about 20% or 39%

Working hours: On weekdays, shifts start at 16:00, 16:45, or 17:00 and end at 22:00, 22:30, or 23:30. On Saturday and Sunday, shifts are from 7:00-15:00 or 15:00-22:00

Start date: Immediately

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Before a potential employment, you must be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
