Personal Assistant Wanted in Kungsbacka

We are now looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant to our client living centrally in Kungsbacka.

Who am I?

I am a woman with a great interest in plants, planting, and cultivation, and I have Arab heritage. Due to a neurological illness, I need personal assistance during the day and evening. I need help with all practical aspects of daily life as well as household chores. I use an electric wheelchair both indoors and outdoors, and sometimes also a manual wheelchair where I need help getting transported.

What can a day look like?

A typical day starts with me getting ready for work. I work as a teacher, and therefore the assistance also includes accompanying me to school. At home, you will help me with cooking and other household chores. In my free time, I really enjoy planting and cultivating. On weekends, I appreciate swimming and spending time with my family, often around shared dinners.

About you:

I am looking for a secure, attentive, and responsible woman. If you also have a sense of humor, I see that as a big plus. It is advantageous if you have a driver's license and can ride a bike, so we can go on outings with my car or bike. Experience in personal assistance or service is desirable but not a requirement. If you speak both Swedish and Arabic, that is an extra plus as I speak Arabic at home and Swedish at work.

Job Setup

Extra as needed. Work shifts are scheduled on weekdays from 6:45 AM to 3:00 PM or 4:00 PM. Evening shifts are from 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM or 5:30 PM to 9:15 PM.

Job Start

The position is available immediately. Passal Assistans offers a varied and rewarding job with good employment conditions, training, and wellness benefits. Hourly wage according to agreement and other compensations according to collective agreements. You will also receive good support from the responsible assistant manager.
