Your role as a personal assistant with me

I am a 50-year-old man living in an apartment centrally located in Kungsbacka, just 3 minutes from the bus/train.

Considered social and enjoy meeting and talking with many friends.

I have a girlfriend, and since she has both a dog and a cat, you must be an animal lover and not allergic to animals.

During the day, I keep active by going to the gym and swimming. In the afternoons/evenings, I meet my girlfriend or other friends. I often go to watch football or hockey matches or perhaps go to the cinema. I watch a lot of sports on TV, listen to music, and attend various concerts.

I use a wheelchair and need help with all transfers, hygiene, and toilet visits, dressing and undressing, etc. We use a lift for all transfers.

I have assistance for 16 hours a day, and I have 3 full-time assistants who will be on vacation during weeks 26-33.

Therefore, I am looking for someone who is cheerful and outgoing and who wants to work with me and join in all activities and preferably shares my interests.

I prefer that you are a mature person of surrounding age, and if you have a driver's license, that is good since I have my own car.

Working hours are scheduled during the day, evening, and weekend. You will work from 11:00 one day to 11:00 the next day. You do not work nights, but there is an assistance room where I would like you to stay overnight since you finish late in the evening and start early the next day.

Who is the team leader

One of the assistants in the assignment is also the team leader. In the daily work, there are job descriptions and routines to follow, and what we come up with during the day is guided by my daily condition, wishes, and needs.

Before we offer employment, you must show an unopened extract/digital mailbox from the police's criminal record. We also request a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or approved work permit from the Migration Agency.

We train our employees to ensure the quality of personal assistance. All our newly hired staff complete a web-based introductory training for personal assistants before their first working day, or no later than one month after starting employment.

As a personal assistant at Hela Sveriges Assistans AB, you are covered by the Almega/Care Companies collective agreement with agreed occupational pension, training, and favorable wellness benefits.
