Who am I?

I am a 38-year-old woman with a chromosomal anomaly. This means that I have a different perception and communication style, as well as reduced cognitive function and motor skills. I need help with my basic needs and especially with developing my communication to feel safe with people outside my family. You will learn more about me in a potential interview.

Who are you?

The most important thing is that you truly enjoy the task and feel secure in the role of assistant. You have a strong and genuine interest in learning to communicate with me in my way. Communication is very important to me. Creative activities are one of my tools for developing my speech and language comprehension, so it’s good if you are creative, playful, and imaginative. Patience and humor are great assets, and it’s also beneficial if you are calm and adaptable. The most important thing is that you are open and willing to learn - not that you already “know.” We explore and learn together! You do not smoke, are not allergic to pets, have a driver's license, and speak and write Swedish fluently.

About the position

Extra as needed. Work occurs every day of the week. Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. You will be scheduled for work shifts about one to two weeks in advance. If everything goes well, there is a possibility of a fixed schedule in the long term.

If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must be able to present a valid work permit or permanent residence permit to work with us.
