What You Will Do

Hello! My name is Fiknete Qitaku, and I will be your immediate supervisor in the pool team.

With us, you will work in a team of 4 dedicated colleagues where we help each other, share knowledge, and ensure that users receive the support they need – regardless of which unit we are on.

Working in the pool team means you will step in where the need is greatest, providing both variety and the opportunity to meet many different working methods and users. You will work days, evenings, and weekends, and you will quickly become an important part of several teams within the operational area.

In the role, you will among other things:

  • Provide individually tailored support in the user's home environment and daily life.
  • Work with a low-arousal and respectful approach in all situations.
  • Perform medical interventions on delegation.
  • Be a pedagogical support in tasks such as laundry, cooking, cleaning, and leisure activities.
  • Document according to current guidelines and participate in networks around the user.

This is a job with great variation and significant responsibility – where you contribute every day to ensuring someone has a safe, structured, and meaningful existence.

Your Experience

I am looking for someone who thrives on not always knowing exactly what the day will look like but still meets it with calm, structure, and commitment. You are confident in your professional role and have a genuine interest in supporting people based on their individual needs.

To thrive and succeed in the role, you need:

  • Education in care and nursing.
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities, preferably autism and psychiatry.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and actively contribute to the team.
  • Ability to take and hold various delegations from the responsible nurse.
  • Good ability to document and use digital systems.
  • Driver's license (B).

It is an advantage if you:

  • Have experience with low-arousal approaches.
  • Have experience working in various operations or pool functions.

We will place great emphasis on personal suitability – as your qualities play a significant role in the interaction with our users.

Who You Are

I am looking for someone who has the behaviors and abilities that allow you to contribute both to the users' safety and to the collaboration within the workgroup.

  • Networking – You take the time to build good relationships with colleagues, relatives, and other important people around the user. This creates clarity, collaboration, and cohesive support for the individual.
  • Collaboration – You share your knowledge and listen to others, and you support the team when needed. For me, it is important that we work as a team and pull in the same direction.
  • Flexibility – In the pool team, you need to be able to switch environments, working methods, and user groups at short notice. You adapt quickly and focus on doing what is best for the user.
  • Stress Resistance – You remain calm even when situations change or become more intense. You prioritize wisely and contribute to both users and colleagues feeling safe.

What We Offer

When you start with us, you will have a workplace where you can grow – both in your professional role and as a person. You will receive a secure introduction, supportive colleagues, and a supervisor who is close by in everyday life.

We offer, among other things:

  • Wellness allowance
  • A workplace where we care for each other and where you have the opportunity to develop
  • A varied and meaningful everyday life where you truly make a difference

Other Information

To ensure the quality of the recruitment process and enable good communication with our applicants, we ask you to submit your application digitally. We value diversity and welcome applicants who can contribute different perspectives.

Before employment occurs, you need to show that you have the right to work, which is required under the Aliens Ordinance.
