Kooperativet Hand i Hand is a member-driven organization established in 1995 for individuals entitled to assistance. Our members are located in Skåne, Halland, southern Småland, Västra Götaland, Stockholm, and Jämtland. We have offices in Halmstad, Hässleholm, and Malmö. We support our members with everything from applying for hours with Försäkringskassan/the municipality to personnel issues concerning personal assistants. We believe that the work of a personal assistant is one of the most important jobs there is, as it provides an opportunity for another person to live their life like everyone else.

We are now looking for someone who wants an extra job as a personal assistant to a young man in Laholm.

You who are applying are a person with great empathy and sensitivity. You preferably have experience with low-arousal approaches and work within LSS. You are a calm and secure person. You are a non-smoker. You will be important for our member to have the opportunity for a good life in their own apartment. You enjoy being outdoors on walks, in the woods, or by the sea. You take great personal responsibility as you work alone during your shifts, but you are also a team player who looks forward to collaborating with colleagues for a well-functioning effort as a whole. Since this assignment is entirely new, you will all be an important part of creating a well-functioning personal assistance for a young person.

Requirements for the position include having a driver's license and being able to drive a manual transmission vehicle.

During the interview, you will meet your future team leader, who also works in the team and will therefore have a great understanding and insight into the daily work. We are looking for someone who can work as a substitute during regular colleagues' absence. You will become an important part of the team!

Your schedule will be from 9:00 AM to 9:00 AM for 24-hour shifts with 8 hours and 15 minutes of on-call duty per night. Saturdays on odd weeks. You will need to provide a criminal record extract to work with this member.
