The goal is to offer a more personalized personal assistance. As a customer of NyKraft, you are offered an individual assistance that is tailored to your needs in collaboration with you. The customer is involved in the recruitment and final selection of assistants.

We are affiliated with Fremia and have a collective agreement.

About the position:

We are now looking for an assistant for a 37-year-old, music-loving man living in Falkenberg.

The work shifts are scheduled as full days with a service level of 94%, which means 8 days over a rolling 4-week period.

We would like you to be ready for introduction immediately.

As an assistant, your role includes helping the customer with all daily tasks, assisting with hygiene and care. You need to be calm, flexible, positive, and able to adapt to another person's needs.

Job Description:

The customer is a 37-year-old man living in his own apartment just outside central Falkenberg. He has access to a car that the assistant drives to daily activities and various events, so it is a requirement that the assistants have a B driver's license.

The customer is blind and lacks developed speech, so it is particularly important to be clear in what you do by explaining or physically demonstrating and to be patient in your interactions.

The customer is very interested in music, and you who are applying for the position are welcome to share this interest, and it is highly meritorious if you can play an instrument such as piano/guitar.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

· Be calm and clear in your approach and communication

· Very good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form, as it involves receiving and giving instructions regarding the customer's care

· B driver's license

Meritorious:

· Experience working as a personal assistant
