Summer Temp and Part-Time Staff Wanted

We are looking for summer temps and part-time staff for our client, an 18-year-old boy in Laholm. We prefer candidates who are team players and work well in pairs, as our client always works in twos.

The daily tasks involve assisting with what he cannot do alone, and we seek someone who excels at engaging with youth with non-verbal disabilities. The job is largely about being present for the client, and you will always work in pairs. You should not mind being outdoors in all weather, as he loves going for walks.

Role and Experience of the Assistant

We are looking for someone with good physical fitness as some transfers can be heavy, and we welcome both men and women to apply. He lives independently and needs help with household chores and cooking. You should be humble, attentive, and enjoy being active. You need to have a flexible and creative approach to suitable activities. You will receive tailored introduction/training in all aspects of the client's needs and routines.

Preferred Experiences

• Low-affect communication.
• Enjoy being outdoors in nature.
• Fluent in Swedish.
• Experience with individuals with disabilities.
• Experience with epilepsy.
• Medication delegation in Laholm municipality.

Working Hours/Employment Rate

• Part-time employment, starting immediately.
• The position may transition into a summer temp role during the summer months.
• Summer temp role during June, July, and August.
• Shifts during the day, evening, and night.
