Our model is based on the same person returning so that trust and security can be built over time. Assignments arise when needs exist in your local area. This can be through someone in your own circle or through matching via us when we receive a request in your municipality. When the need arises, you can be the one who steps in and contributes stability and community.

As a retiree, you have life experience, security, and social skills that are valuable.

The work is done as hourly employment as needed, and assignments are planned in dialogue. They are adapted to your availability and can range from occasional hours to more regular support – depending on how much you want to work.
