Our client is looking for someone who wants to work in a farm environment as a personal assistant!

Do you want a meaningful and varied job where you make a real difference in another person's life? We are now looking for a dedicated and responsible personal assistant for a man with Becker's muscular dystrophy living in Mårdaklev.

About the assignment

The client is an adult man who can communicate independently and is involved in his daily life but needs support in several practical tasks. The work involves, among other things:

• Assistance with transfers using aids
• Support with personal hygiene
• Practical help in and around the home
• Assisting with activities on the farm
• Assisting and taking care of the client's sheep

The workplace is a farm environment where there is always something to engage in. We are therefore looking for someone who enjoys active work and is happy to be outdoors when the opportunity arises. It is a great advantage if you are handy and familiar with farm life.

Who we are looking for

• Flexible and solution-oriented
• Confident, attentive, and respectful
• Comfortable in a farm environment
• Have a driver's license and access to a car
• Not have allergies to animals
• Speak fluent Swedish

Experience in personal assistance or care is an advantage but not a requirement – the right attitude and personal chemistry are crucial.

Working hours

The position is a part-time role of about 1–2 shifts per week. The shifts are scheduled as follows:

• Day/evening: 10:30 AM – 10:45 PM (sometimes split shift 4 PM – 10:45 PM)
• Night/day: 10:30 PM – 3:10 PM (including 4.5 hours of on-call duty at night)

This summer, there are full-time opportunities, and there is always the possibility of extra shifts during other assistants' absences, etc.
