Ankarskolan and Spannarps skola form a joint catchment area in the southwestern part of Varberg Municipality.

All students are offered an equivalent education of high quality in a stimulating and safe environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The position involves working in a local personnel pool, serving as a substitute during regular staff absences. The role entails varying working hours based on needs and may include working five days a week. Our operations are open Monday to Friday between 06:15 and 18:30.

You will work as a substitute teacher in grades F-3, either as a substitute class teacher or as a substitute at the after-school center. Work will primarily take place at Spannarps skola, but you may also be required to work at Ankarskolan.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Teacher certification for early years or certification as an after-school educator.
• Ability to structure your work, be attentive to students' knowledge development and support needs, and recognize the importance of working collegially towards common goals and visions for the school's development and improvement work.
• Willingness to test and re-evaluate methods, reflect on your assignment based on scientific foundations and understanding of proven experience, and maintain an inclusive approach to meet all students and provide equal opportunities for knowledge and learning.
• An approach that meets, supports, and challenges students in their development, with an inclusive view of students and student influence as a foundation in activity planning.

Varberg Municipality has a political decision regarding desired employment levels. This means the employee has the right to work full-time or desired part-time.
