At Alberts Driving School AB, we are looking to hire driving instructors for B-license training.

The position is full-time and scheduling can be discussed according to your preferences. Start date for employment is in March/April.

We are members of STR, the Swedish Traffic Educators Association, and work digitally with Optima.

You who are applying must be an approved driving instructor by the Swedish Transport Agency.

We welcome both newly graduated driving instructors and experienced ones to apply to our small family-oriented team.

Of course, both male and female driving instructors are welcome to apply.

We have a collective agreement (Unionen) and offer a good salary based on agreement.

We always prioritize the best interests of the students and put safety first.

We are looking for someone who is driven, social, can work independently, and takes responsibility for their profession. You are a person who sees opportunities. You understand the importance of a positive attitude, being able to meet and follow each individual student based on their circumstances, and being patient. You ensure that the student feels safe in their education. We train for both manual and automatic driving licenses. We also provide training for AM, B96, and BE at our driving school.

Holding risk education, instructor training, theory, etc. is an advantage but not a requirement. We can send you for further training if you lack qualifications.

Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis.

We are located at Viktoriagatan 10 in Halmstad, which is very close to both the Travel Center and the Central Station if you want/need to commute to work by public transport.
