About the Culture and Leisure Administration

The Culture and Leisure Administration is responsible for the municipality's cultural and leisure activities. Our main task is to help people nurture and develop their interests in culture, leisure, and sports. We address all residents of the municipality, but children and young adults are a prioritized target group. Five values permeate all our activities: equality, adult education, public health, democracy, and accessibility.

Job Responsibilities

As a teacher at the Arts School (Kulturskolan) in Varberg, you will teach children and young people aged 5–20. You will teach students individually and in groups and work with the Arts School's digital management system. You will be part of a subject team but collaborate across several subjects and participate in the Arts School's joint projects.

The primary responsibility for this position is teaching music production.

Qualifications

Post-secondary education in music production is required.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Class B driver's license (advantageous but not required)
• Digital skills relevant to your field of study
• Ability to teach multiple subjects
