We are looking for an engaged and qualified Preschool Teacher for a 7-month maternity cover. The preschool operates as a staff cooperative and is a licensed I Ur och Skur preschool.

About the preschool

With us, outdoor education is at the center. We work according to the I Ur och Skur methodology, where nature is an obvious part of the children's daily lives. Our groups consist of children aged 1–5 years, and we value close collaboration between educators, children, and guardians.

Job Responsibilities

As a preschool teacher with us, you will:

• Be responsible for ensuring that we work according to governing documents and I Ur och Skur methods
• Be responsible for planning, implementation, and evaluation of the activities
• Collaborate and lead colleagues in an engaged and responsive team

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a qualified preschool teacher with experience in outdoor education and wants to work in accordance with I Ur och Skur
• Is a co-researching educator who can challenge children in everyday life through play and imagination.
• Has a good and professional approach.
• Is driven to develop the SKA work and enjoys the role of team leader.

We place great importance on your personal qualities and ability to communicate with others involved in the preschool's daily life. You will drive the team's reflection and be part of our preschool teacher team that meets every other week. There are sometimes meetings in the evenings and also occasional weekends where we have network meetings with I Ur och Skur.
