In the autumn term of 2025, we opened the doors to our newly built F-9 school in Falkenberg!

We are now looking for 3 dedicated leisure teachers who want to help shape a safe, accessible, and inspiring learning environment with us at Tröingeskolan.

About Tröingeskolan

Here we build a school and leisure center where safety, curiosity, and community permeate everything we do. The newly built Tröingeskolan, spread over three floors, combines the opportunities of a larger school with the feeling of a smaller school through home bases and inspiring learning environments. We believe that:

• The student is at the center, and teaching is adapted to each student's needs and possibilities.
• Together is the key; we take joint responsibility for students' learning and development.
• Safety and study peace; a structured school and leisure environment with clear expectations and good treatment provide students with the best conditions for success.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your role as a leisure teacher and part of our team:

• You plan and implement high-quality teaching with a clear structure.
• You work relationally and create an accessible learning environment.
• You are part of a school where all students are everyone's students; we support and develop each other as a team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• You are a licensed leisure teacher, experience is an advantage.
• You have a clear and relationship-building leadership style.
• You believe in collaboration and shared responsibility for all students.
• You want to help build a new school with high ambitions.
• Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
