We at Onvia in Varberg are currently a team of 5 + 2 people and have two locations in central Varberg. For many years, we have educated students and have a genuine interest in ensuring that customers are satisfied with the training they purchase from us. About the role

As a driving instructor with us, you will:

• Plan and conduct driving lessons for students with different backgrounds and needs.
• Conduct AM training and introductory training.
• Support and motivate students on their journey towards obtaining their driver's license.
• Contribute to a positive work environment and collaborate with colleagues to develop our operations.
• Possibly hold theory lessons and risk education.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a valid driving instructor certificate and is an approved driving instructor by the Swedish Transport Agency.
• Has a pedagogical and flexible approach.
• Takes responsibility and has a genuine interest in helping others develop.
• Has good communication skills and enjoys meeting different types of people.
• Is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written (additional languages are a plus).
