What does the position entail?

The position is a permanent full-time employment. As part of our dedicated work team and subject team, you will work together with your colleagues to truly make a difference in the students' development. Our strong belief in the students' potential permeates our teaching, and together with your colleagues, you will create a safe, structured, and developing learning environment where students have the opportunity to be both challenged and stimulated.

In the role, you will work closely with both teaching colleagues and support educators in a close collaboration, where our common mission is to lead and support students in their social and academic development. You will also be responsible for mentoring a class, which gives you the opportunity to create long-term relationships and contribute to a positive school day.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who has a teaching degree in crafts and a Swedish teaching license. You are an educator with good insight and the ability to translate the curriculum's goals into your daily work. You are flexible, structured, and well-prepared and have a clear leadership that makes you strong in your student groups and creates a positive learning environment.

For us, collaboration is a key factor for success, and we are therefore looking for someone who sees the importance of collegial learning, clear routines, and common approaches.

You are open, communicate in a direct and humble way, and create trusting relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. Since the teaching in crafts is conducted in Swedish but colleagues communicate in both Swedish and English, you need to be fluent in both languages, spoken and written.
