What does the position entail?

The position is a permanent full-time employment. As part of our dedicated teaching team, you will work alongside your colleagues to truly make a difference in the students' development. Our strong belief in the students' potential permeates our teaching, and together with your colleagues, you will create a safe, structured, and developing learning environment where students have the opportunity to be both challenged and stimulated.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with a teaching degree in technology. You are an educator with good insight and the ability to translate the curriculum goals into your daily work. You are flexible, structured, well-prepared, and have a clear leadership style that allows you to stand strong in your student groups and create a positive learning environment.

For us, collaboration is a key factor for success, and we are therefore looking for someone who sees the importance of collegial learning, clear routines, and common approaches.

You are open, communicate in a direct and humble way, and create trusting relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. Since the teaching in art is conducted in Swedish but colleagues speak both Swedish and English, you need to be fluent in both languages in speech and writing.
