Your Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who is passionate about crafts and skilled at adapting your teaching based on each student's conditions and the interests and needs of the teaching group. We place great importance on your flexibility and ability to collaborate with others. This is crucial for succeeding and enjoying being a teacher at our schools. The position is divided between Vallåsskolan grade 3 and Brearedsskolan grades 3-6. At Vallåsskolan, you will teach both hard and soft materials, while at Brearedsskolan, only wood and metal. Brearedsskolan is located in the picturesque Simlångsdalen, about 15 minutes by car from Vallåsskolan.

To thrive in this role, you need to be clear in your communication and have a positive attitude in your relationship-building approach with students, colleagues, and guardians. We highly value your ability to interest and engage, and you have an inclusive working method where the best interests of the student in learning are the focus.

Your Qualifications

Teaching degree with authorization to teach crafts for grades 3-6. A significant plus if you also have experience working in multicultural environments and are driven by curiosity in human interactions in both larger and smaller contexts. We place great importance on personal suitability.
