We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our office in Stockholm.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Talent Acquisition. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process in Stockholm, from start to finish. This means that you will, among other things, design job advertisements, organize interview days, and conduct interviews. In collaboration with your international Talent Acquisition team, you will ensure a stable pipeline of candidates. You will be responsible for meeting recruitment goals and will be the point of contact with external recruitment firms. You will ensure that the recruitment process complies with applicable laws and regulations.

Recruitment Projects. Together with your Talent Acquisition team and the Recruitment Director in Stockholm, you will work on a variety of recruitment-related projects. You will work with various stakeholders at both senior and junior levels and have high autonomy when it comes to implementing and executing these at the local level.

University Collaborations. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with the universities that INVERTO collaborates with in Sweden. You will organize fairs, participate in events and workshops, and coordinate and manage various events with the universities.

Employer Branding. You will support the development and implementation of various local recruitment campaigns on social media. You will actively drive the development of employer branding efforts locally.

Local HR Support. You will support the global HR organization by being the point of contact for employees and management locally. You will assist with issues related to personnel, policies, and other HR processes locally.
