Investment Administration and Fund Trading

Are you an expert in investment administration and fund trading? We are now looking for several consultants in investment administration for various assignments with our clients. The assignments vary in length and scope, with the possibility of extension.

Job Responsibilities:

As a consultant in investment administration, you will be an important resource in the daily administration of funds and securities.

Examples of job responsibilities include:

• NAV calculations, transaction and price controls
• Handling of Corporate Actions and derivative transactions
• Reconciliation work and settlement of securities transactions
• Post-trade processing of fund and equity trading with related reconciliations of securities and cash
• Management of corporate events such as issuances, dividends, and acquisitions
• Regulatory reporting
• Continuous work to improve processes and develop routines

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a couple of years of experience in administrative work within equity and fund trading. The role requires high accuracy and structure, and you communicate fluently in Swedish and English as contact with foreign counterparts occurs. Experience with VPC, Abasec, and Swift is advantageous. Experience with NAV calculations is also a plus.
