Svea Solar has a clear mission: to end the use of fossil fuels. So far, our installations have helped avoid carbon dioxide emissions equivalent to the electricity consumption of 1,400,000 households for a whole year. We are now looking for a project manager for our development work who wants to be part of further developing our B2B installation department and creating a more sustainable future.

About the role

In this role, you will be a central part of our team within Commercial & Industrial (Svea Solar's B2B installation department). You will lead projects to shape and implement strategies for product and service development. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and be the primary point of contact between internal functions, suppliers, and departments within C&I. In this role, you will report directly to Erik. The role is a 12-month temporary position with a chance of extension.

As a project manager for our development work, you will:

• Lead and coordinate projects to develop our services and products.
• Develop and improve work processes, templates, and standards.
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure high quality in our deliveries.
• Work with pricing models and cost efficiency.

We are looking for someone who has a practical understanding of the industry and enjoys taking responsibility for projects from start to finish.

We believe you have experience from a technical or practical role, perhaps as an installer or designer, and are now ready to take the next step as a project manager. We are looking for someone who is:

• Self-driven and structured, with the ability to drive projects forward.
• Communicative and solution-oriented – you enjoy collaborating with others.
• Comfortable using Excel and can handle administrative tasks.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Some form of prior experience in the solar industry (this is a requirement)
