We are looking for a Team Leader.

Job Description:

You will lead and coordinate the work within the team where each employee has significant responsibility and mandate. You collaborate and build relationships with all parts of the company. You work with the HR functions within the group and constantly seek opportunities to spread solutions to other parts of the company while also seeking, adapting, and implementing solutions from other areas of the company. A large part of your role will involve your own HRBP work with several regions and departments, leading by example.

• You have a holistic perspective on the various aspects of HR and can act as a proactive partner in all areas of HR work, such as recruitment, workplace environment, labor law, and development. You possess good pedagogical and communicative skills that you can use in all parts of the role – from strategic discussions to conducting learning activities or meetings with clients.
• You have a structured way of working where you rely on data and analysis to measure effectiveness and act as a strategic partner. You also lead the team's transition in that direction.
• You are a good leader – you set direction with the team, create engagement, and act to achieve results and goals.
• You can build strong relationships and networks within the company. You have good communication skills and can explain concepts clearly to others in various areas.
• You are structured, clear, and accustomed to managing projects with many stakeholders.
• You are curious and always want to learn more and develop working methods together with the team.
• You possess strategic and analytical abilities that enable you to contribute to creating solutions and support that generate business value.

Desired formal qualifications and experience:

• 2-3 years of leadership experience in a managerial role within HR.
• Experience working with and driving HR issues in a large, complex organization.
• Very good ability to maintain delivery from business goals and ideas to a finished concept that meets set effectiveness goals, with strong digital skills.
• Experience in retail, preferably in a leadership role. Experience in pharmacy operations is a plus.
