About us AktivBo was founded in 1991 to develop a platform aimed at achieving concrete and measurable improvements for tenants and providing comprehensive support to property companies in their customer-oriented work. Through customer surveys, data-driven analysis, and actionable insights, we create the basis for property companies to make smarter decisions. Today, we collaborate with over 450 property companies in about 15 countries, enabling a unique benchmark against other players in the industry. Our headquarters is located in Stockholm (Östermalm), but we also have an office in Hamburg, Germany. We are now looking for a sharp and ambitious Customer Development Manager! About the roleAs a Customer Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving, developing, and managing your own customers as well as building long-term customer relationships. You will be responsible for improving and developing our customers' offerings and managing multiple projects simultaneously. You will have several different collaboration areas as you work in customer teams with people from various internal departments. With the support of our digital analysis platform, you will work with ongoing survey data, change management, and implementation. More about you • Academic education from a university or college • Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English. It is also highly meritorious if you speak German as we also have an office in Hamburg, Germany. To thrive in this role, we are looking for someone who has worked closely with customers and strategically with project management or business development. You are comfortable presenting in front of a group, have a habit of driving processes, and enjoy taking responsibility and leading. Furthermore, you are proactive in customer relations: you are used to analyzing, identifying customer needs, and suggesting tailored solutions.
