About the Role
As a follow-up controller at Adda, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to combating welfare crime. Your work will involve risk-based preventive and detection controls where you primarily conduct in-depth background checks on suppliers. You will use a variety of information sources to carefully plan and carry out follow-ups and suggest actions.
Your tasks will also include monitoring the external environment, collaborating with authorities and our category teams. Furthermore, you will have a responsibility in our business development regarding supplier follow-up, for example, working to develop effective methods for follow-up. This role offers you the opportunity to develop both your own role and our team's working methods and approaches.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who is driven by contributing to societal benefit and has a passion for accuracy and quality. You have:
- Education: A relevant post-secondary education.
- Experience: A couple of years of experience applying the Public Procurement Act (LOU), as well as solid knowledge of its exclusion grounds.
- Analytical Skills: You are accustomed to investigating and assessing suppliers based on various information sources, including Creditsafe and government decisions.
- Complex Problem Solving: You thrive on handling complex issues and have the ability to make well-founded decisions.
Experience with CRM systems and Qlik, as well as the ability to document and develop supporting documents, is a merit.
Your strength as a communicator and your contribution to a good collaborative climate are crucial for success in this role.
As a person, you are a good communicator and understand the importance of contributing to good cooperation. You are comfortable handling complex and detailed issues and have the ability to draw well-founded conclusions. You feel confident standing by the decisions made. For you, objectivity, factuality, and quality are self-evident guiding principles in your work.
The Team
You will be part of an engaged follow-up team consisting of eight follow-up controllers, one follow-up administrator, and one team leader. Together, we work on supplier follow-up in areas such as financial follow-up, sustainable supply chains, and in-depth background checks against welfare crime.
